Our RevTech™ Battery Pack technology is one of the most advanced and highest energy dense systems on the market. Many companies rely on the natural flow of air to regulate temperatures of battery packs. This leads to inefficient use of energy and premature degradation of battery cells. Other companies use liquid cooling, however only provide cooling to one section of the cells.
We have developed and have patent pending two cooling systems for different applications. We have an active air cooled system which uses internal fans placed in specific locations for maximum air flow. We also have liquid cooled technology for high demand applications, in which the batteries are cooled 360 degrees to ensure safe and maximum operation of the cells. Our battery pack technology surrounds the cells with liquid cooling providing optimal thermal environment for the battery cells to work efficiently and for extended life.
Our packs also are designed with a 4 tiered safety system ensuring that if one cell goes bad, it does not affect the rest of the battery pack, and assuming worst case scenario, we have integrated failsafes to ensure the safety of all parties.
Our BMS system was completely developed in house and keeps an eye on each cell and checks the voltage 10 times per second. We have created Advanced algorithms calculate the remaining State of Charge, range, and many other factors which let you observe how each cell is behaving in real-time. The BMS can monitor up to 5 temperatures within the battery. We have spent years developing our custom BMS, which can be used across many industries such as EV, Electric Bike, Electric Motorcycle, Electric Bus/heavy truck, and Military applications.
